Addendum to AVC Patent Portfolio License
Pursuant to Section 1.13 of the AVC Patent Portfolio License, “AVC Standard” shall mean the video standard defined in "ISO/IEC 14496-10:2008, 4th Edition (2008-09-15) for all profiles specified therein, and only the portions of Annex H of ISO/IEC 14496-10:2010, 6th Ed., Dec. 15, 2010 (and the parts of: (a) clauses 2-9, (b) Annexes A, B, C, and E and (c) Annex subclauses D.1, D.1.1-D.1.24, D.1.26, D.2.1-D.2.24, D.2.26 of ISO/IEC 14496-10:2010, 6th Ed., Dec. 15, 2010 referenced by such portions of Annex H) describing:
(i) Multiview High Profile signals containing only a single view,
(ii) Stereo High Profile signals containing only a single view,
(iii) decoding Multiview High Profile signals containing only a single view, and
(iv) decoding Stereo High Profile signals containing only a single view.
This definition of "AVC Standard" excludes: (1) Annex subclause D.1.25 (Frame packing arrangement SEI message syntax); and (2) Annex subclause D.2.25 (Frame packing arrangement SEI message semantics) of ISO/IEC 14496-10:2010, 6th Ed., Dec. 15, 2010."
